When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, location, and details about your aircraft or project. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if you are an aircraft owner, to keep a private record of Carlson aircraft so we can provide relevant support information.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing email list because you contacted us.

How it is handled

Form submissions are sent by email to Carlson Aircraft. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database. Our web server keeps short-lived technical records (such as a hashed IP address used for spam and rate limiting) and standard server logs.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
